(Sold) 1937 - Packard Six Wheelcover
Much better than it looks in this photo, this wheel cover is probably from a 1937 Packard Six (110), although it could possibly be from another year.
I have owned it for over 40 years and it has been in the garage all that time so still has much of its original paint Has only very slight scuffing at the outermost edge around the hex, which hardly shows but no other visible damage other than being quite dingy. It should clean up nicely.
