1964 - Imperial Front Fender Scripts
I have two Imperial front fender scripts with the plastic eagle emblems in good driver-quality condition. The chrome is excellent with only a very tiny ding on one which apparently happened, along with the dirt and grime, during the decades of storage. All mounting pins are straight and fully intact. The plastic emblems, which still have the eagle in bright gold, are scuffed a bit which buffing should be able to correct. One emblem appears to have a crack but it might just be a scratch. These were installed on my 1964 Ghia-Imperial when I bought it in the early '70s and were immediately replaced with the proper LeBaron scripts so the background is painted to match the burgundy lacquer of my car. As I recall, the original was a textured black and they can easily be repainted that way or to suit. These are appropriate for any 1964 model except LeBaron but they are not proper for any other year or model of Imperial.
